Andrew James Electrical provides electrical services across domestic, commercial and landlord installations throughout the Essex and London areas. We cover all types of electrical work from installations and rewiring through to servicing and fault-finding; we run a philosophy of "No job is too small". Our electricians are fully qualified to City & Guilds standards and the company undergoes annual inspections by the NICEIC to ensure all our work meets the standards set out in the BS: 7671 wiring regulations.

We have high-skilled electricians with vast experience working within the commercial sector, making us your perfect partners for any commercial works. We offer a wide range of services and can accommodate any job large or small. All of our electricians are NICEIC approved.
Landlord Services
We provide landlord services that can be scaled to meet any requirements and property types. Our City and Guild trained electricians are able to provide services including safety certification, appliance testing and property inspections, enabling landlords to easily compile with electrical safety regulations.
